Momentum #1: Fall 2023

NVYO's Philharmonic and Symphony student orchestras perform a variety of exciting symphonic music, from familiar favorites to lesser-known masterpieces and brand new works. Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a recommended minimum of $5 for adults. Grand Forks Central High School Auditorium, 115 4th St N, use door 6 or accessible door 5.
Concert begins at 3 pm, with some pre-concert performances by small ensembles. NVYO students gather to rehearse weekly with professional conductors and music coaches, , and come from dozens of Minnesota and North Dakota towns and schools within a 75 mile radius of Grand Forks ..

Rehearsal, equipment and concert costs are partially supported by a number of generous grants including: the North Dakota Council on the Arts, which receives funding from the National Endowment for the Arts; from City of Grand Forks, Neel Family Fund, Women’s Fund, Iseminger Fund for the Arts, through the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and region.
